Privacy Policy

Edgeprint is local-first. Your film logs, photos, and settings stay on your device. There is no account, no cloud sync service we operate, and no ads. We don’t run analytics that track you across apps or the web.
Who we are
Edgeprint (“the app,” “we”) is a film photography companion for iOS. Contact: support@edgeprint.app
What the app stores
All of the following stay on your device unless you choose to share or export them:
- Gear & rolls — cameras, lenses, film stock, exposure settings, notes, and frame logs.
- Scans you import — lab photos you select from Photos, Files, or a ZIP; matching and EXIF export happen on device.
- Optional location — if you allow Location access, GPS may be attached to frames you log. You can deny or revoke this anytime in iOS Settings.
- Share cards & exports — images and ZIP files you create are saved or shared only when you use the system share sheet or export flows.
What we don’t do
- No account, sign-in, or user profile on our servers.
- No upload of your photos or logs to Edgeprint-operated cloud storage.
- No advertising SDKs and no sale of personal data.
- No cross-app tracking for ads or marketing.
Permissions
Depending on how you use Edgeprint, iOS may ask for:
- Photos / Files — to import lab scans and save or share exports.
- Location — optional, only to tag frames if you enable it.
- Network — only if you choose an optional update check or similar on-device feature; core logging and EXIF work offline (airplane mode).
Backups
Device backups (for example iCloud Backup if you enable it on your iPhone) may include app data as part of your normal device backup. That is controlled by Apple and your device settings, not by an Edgeprint cloud service. Portable log archives you export yourself are files you control and can share or store wherever you choose.
Website
This website (edgeprint.app) is a static marketing site. It does not require an account. If your browser or network provider logs standard access data (such as IP address) when you load the page, that is outside Edgeprint app storage and is not used by us to build a profile of you.
Children
Edgeprint is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
